Play Summer Memories first, I really think is essential, mostly because if you don't cheat on the game it will build all the moments up.
Finish it and then start the Winter one and you will see why.
Yes. These are included in Kagura's v1.08.
Please take note that Kagura's version of the DLC came about 1 year after the Japanese v2.10.
Everything after the latest content update is just bug fixes.

will say its abit disappointing how theres tons of sex positions, but legit only one for anal. same with sleep sex, no anal.

It's up in the air right now. The creator wants to do something else entirely, possibly not even porn. But he's also acknowledged the demand for another game in the series so who knows?
Anyone have a working save file for this version? Tried a few but they all ended with an error after trying to load the save.
