Can't say for sure but I think I had that same issue with this game or with another rpgm game. Any how, what fixed it for me was unzipping the game with a Japanese locale. If you're on android use RAR and switch to Japanese locale in the settings > unzip.

yes it add more content (gangbang and ntr(for Miyuki husband) if I am not misremember it), there also other shota character added, tho it's in KR last time I checked.
as how to download? read couple post below my post you just quoted.

Nvm, I give up, this is way harder than it looks plus the posts or mods or arts are all too mixed up to the point that anything you tap on takes you to a completely different page than what one is expecting, wish it were as easy as nexus :(. And thanks :)

Link is aHR0cHM6Ly9raW8uYWMvYy9hY0UxMjBSanlzSGVqM3F4NE51UHli or something like that, use base64 decode to get it.
Password I forgot, but it is mentioned in the faq of the arca site (not by author of the mod).
