The game he made before Summer Memories, the scene in question is from the "true" ending that completely changes the events that happened up until that point, it's a plot twist that M. Night Shyamalan would be proud of.
It's a nice game if a little short. I recommend playing it blind.

you buy the injection item at the apartment complex (the one kagami lives in) at room 102 at late night requiring you to stay up. once you buy it click on boku and open up items scroll down your items and click on it to use it

Run install.reg, then use these settings:
DON'T change Aspect Ratio to Fullscreen, because it then ignores integer scaling.
Here you have a comparison shot I took using my macro camera on my display. This is an extreme closeup of the living room dresser with the three figurines on top. On the left you have integer scaling, on the right you have non-integer scaling. This is pixel warping. It makes everything look slightly crooked because when there aren't enough pixels on your monitor to multiply the picture by a whole number, it has to squash some of them. This can be *somewhat* circumvented by subpixel rendering (like sharp bilinear filtering), but that is relatively complex post processing and it will always produce imperfect results.
The file attached is safe. I guess don't use it if you don't trust me. I ran it through VirusTotal and the only warning is a sus flag from ML. It matches no known malware at all. The files are straight from Steam and the .reg file is from cs.rin, and I've looked at it and it's a completely harmless reg entry.

Not surprising if you've followed his socials as he's been posting amazing pixel art since the release of Winter Memories. Seems like he leveled up in that area. Credit to Ikeda, guy is a really hard worker.

Well if so, I have good news for you, there is an official android port of both games for Android on DLsite, although they are not translated.
In any case, it's not too complicated to port the game to Joiplay, you just need a specific patch iirc.
