Just a heads up, the current version is 1.06.
There's no drawn sexual acts, but there is nudity and most of the sexual content is from transformation fetish.

All of those tags are true. I think "prostitution" was in one of the endings, but can't remember which one exactly.

There is hard mode in the making, but devs don't know when exactly it will be ready. Any other updates in the future are tied to how many copies will sell.

I doubt I would agree with that assessment. As a general rule, if a game has endings, it's not a sandbox. Sure, the most recent tag overhaul proposal includes replacing the term sandbox with free-roam, possibly because the term is being overused like this, but that's not a final decision, and in the meantime how many users are searching for sandboxes and getting just any old game where you can progress in a not entirely linear pattern?

It is explained in the readme file:

This is what they been working on instead of getting more of Runes done? I feel like this coulda been a side story for runes.
