Yeah it's a little ridiculous. You think this is bad though, the Virt a Mate community is garbage. People charging for anything and everything with about 5-6 decent content providers.
It is a Time sensetive quest. I hope you have an older save file. You are probably on day 90 or so
When It comes to looks all the good ones are usually free, I make most of my own stuff though since the reddit looks don't even look like a normal human most of the time. Discord has all the good stuff and 95% of it is free. Here's one I made based on Iggy with just things I got from there, Facegen and about 30 minutes of spare time.
You have to talk to the dwarf and unlock the pump to gain access to the mines and eventually take down a boss and capture a slug i believe.

If you dont have the item she asked you to craft. Lunar something. Theres not much use in signaling her.
So the game ends when lucy kills Sam? Or what? and how do u get a scene where Jack is jerking some slug? This game is awfully sweet with scenes and quite bad with content understanding
OH FUCK THAT, if you had to follow all that step WITHOUT WALKTHROUGH or any guide just to completed the quest then NOPE
