Geez, this is almost Yanderedev level bad (until they sit over a year on an EASTER EGG), although I guess it's expected since the "OG" patreon gamedevs were notorious for milking their audience or just up and leave suddenly.
At least I can get the dev behind Witch Trainer struggling IRL and thus this heavily affecting their devtime, but Team Brosch does not seem to be struggling or if they are, they should be communicating bare minimum about it / freezing payments.

To be honest with you guys, a lot of games started out as very good even this one I very much enjoyed it even though it had uncle/niece relationship (which I don’t like in any games same thing with father/daughter) now these days when a game gets very popular and the developers start making a lot of money. They just update the game so rarely and don’t even care about us players and so many people blindly give away money to them. I especially don’t support devs I will support those who are trustworthy and keep their promises with us players and regularly update the game you know fix the game add content and stuff like that we are going to get update probably around February. I would say after that six month later another update maybe or at the end of the year or even never.

I just simply do not understand this dynamic, we have seen it with quite a few games. First year or so there is massive development, quarterly updates, lots of sex; Then the game becomes like this, no significant updates in ages.
This game, Library story, What a Legend, etc etc

Yeah, I agree with you. It’s happening more and more now like seriously there are some good games that come out but all the best games were very good ones. In my opinion they’re not updating or they abandoned the game or they have completed the game but aren’t making any more games or something else. Like look at Amity Park that game was so good but they slowly stopped updating and the group is now split basically so
maybe I forget but wasn't jack really a dude with a curse or something? or was that just jack being silly... or something idk man i'm pretty sure that was it
As I remember, she really thinks that she is a boy with curse. And this is the one of endings of the last (standalone) version.

The tag doesn't mean much. The developers can still work on the game if they want to and people can still support the them.
Highly likely this tag means all for someone as it seems the only reason for some pal to trace this game`s pages on the forum

actually for me. first of all i checked game here, tried it for free, etc. Than i decide support or not - many years ago i support teamborsch and got dissapointed - abandon tag helps not bring new patrons to them.
