Just believe me, I've already got like a dozen of alternative scenes scripted on google docs (partially illustrated even), waiting to be turned into episodes of the game, and even more ideas, that are just in my head, waiting to be pined down into texts =)
although, I definitely don't mind to hear some new ideas, which might send my own imagination into an inspired boost of creativity (like that one with pirate)
What I REALLY need now - is a decent drawing teammate, who can color my drawings instead of me, cause, to be honest, that part of drawing just devastates me mentally. It's easier for me to draw half a hundred of sketches and lineart instead of one full color pic

Yeah, I was even thinking for quite some time (not so long ago) to repeat Sad Crab path.
I mean the first part, where they were making just a mod for Akabur's Hermione trainer and collected enough money on Patreon to get a full team to start their own project.
Not the part where they ended up making like 5 releases per 7 years cause they were constantly remaking each and every version from scratch, ditching previous script each time =(
But that's a slippery path, that can end up becoming another Team Borsch =(

I get that you're more the artistic type than maybe the coding type, but I'm kinda surprised you don't just crap out your own mod for the game at some point (like in-game, not that other mod that is more of a VN). But I'll admit that depending on how it's coded, that might not be very feasible...

Tbh that sounds like 90% of a plan to me, hear me out on this, why not contact them one last time, draw a few more scenes without colouring them, and tell them you're interested in working with them on a comic with what we're already discussed, and you get a fee BUT they are the ones who have to color it? They tell you all of their ideas of the projects they abandoned and you continue them. You draw it, they colour it, they release a chapter once per month to keep their patreons happy, and you get paid for your amazing art. I think everyone wins in this scenario.
I could help you to decide on a story structure model, like one of the following:
for comics tbh with the artists i'm working with i always go for the 7 point plot structure, only imagine every "point" as a seperate entity with 3 acts. If you wish to contact them tho and they do accept, i don't have the time to work more than what an editor would do with a writer, like give you advice on the structure and that's it. I won't have the time to really help tbh.

this is what i would propose, which needs way more work than what i'm about to say, let's say you pick the 7 point plot structure:
You basically need 5 alternate scenes, a starting point and an ending. A quick example, Sam finds an ancient artifact, something with a phallic shape to make it funny. Let's rip off a popular theme here for fun, for example the Avengers with Thanos, you have a golden dildo with 5 holes for emeralds. So the dildo talks to Sam, tells him he needs to go back to the past, change the outcome of 5 fateful meetings Jack had that he interfered with, and by not stopping them but instead helping the others this time, everytime he gets one gem, at the end when he completes all the gems, the dildo can grant his wish to fuck Jack. So here's the hook, and also the resolution.
For the 5 scenes you can pick 5 of whichever you want. For each of the 5 scenes we can use a simplistic model, like save the cat, that's basically a simplified 3 act structure (i can help with all of that btw):
And we pick 5 characters, for example: Boris, the old man, the inn keeper, the zombie squad and at the end we need someone more challenging, like Cupid, someone Sam really has a problem letting him fuck Jack, but he's really close to completing the quest and he needs to accept it. The example of the characters are random, just a simplistic example. And the we add twists, we add cliff hangers, we add comedy elements and surprises. The more emeralds he gets, the more abilities he can use with the dildo, that gets him some action. And for each of the 5 scenes, with alternate scenes or ideas that Team Borsch has discarded, we can adapt them into the save the cat structure to create a separate act, and then make that work with the general idea since each scene will be 1 point of the 7 point structure, so after some scenes Sam has to end up with a victory, other times with a big loss etc.

ZOObastik my only problem is that i don't have much time to help with this more, assuming it gets accepted, because for them colouring pages might seem a burdain since they're already getting money by feeding people excuses anyways. And even if i did find the time to work on this, like clear out time on weekends etc. I still can't do it for free when Team Borsch is getting paid for it, imagine this making them 40% more money every month, you getting paid something that is far less than that, and me getting nothing. So to a certain extent i can help, but not beyond that.

ZOObastik I was remaking this game myself but decided on just making a game "inspired by" instead and would love to see the same in your style, I'd gotten as far as redoing 3 full scenes from this game before repurposing my Jack into a different character and redesigning/writing everything as it was more the general setting that appealed to me. Now I feel free and less cheap working on my game (but I'm still keeping the scenes haha)

That's just... awesome. It's not just animated, animation is frame-by-frame, and it's smooth. And that tooks just a fuck as hell amount of work. I know. That's why I don't do it - just lack of focus, patience and tenacity... I just bow before your talent.
But changing a character and keeping the scenes is quite opposite to what I want. I like Jack's character. That's why I keep drawing her/him. But I don't like the scenes. Well, at least at their current state where is no proper fucking. That's the second reason I draw all my stuff.
ZOObastik Fair enough I think I'm lucky here as it was the setting that grabbed me (been a horror fan for longer than I can remember and always wanted a Scooby Doo where it wasn't the janitor in a mask but a real werewolf haha) If you were to do a comic as some have suggested feel free to shoot me a message to offload some colouring as I love your work and would be happy to work with you on a casual basis
This version of jack looks better to, the face has more shape and is more fitting to the body type
game doesnt let me cheat at any way. tried saveeditor. console comand, tried enable developer mode, nothing worked, not even a new save works on the game, only the ones that are saved in the game itself. does anyone knows a fix for this? never saw a harder to cheat game than this

Cheat at what? I've added gold and ingredients without a problem with saveeditor, same as every other renpy game.

don't really need to cheat since alcy stuffs can be gathered and bought, very little moneyholes besides early when needs to buy books and outfits to jack and when doing quests like mine quest then health potions (can be made too).
