Yes, you have to do it enough times, just keep doing it, there is a counter for how many times you have tried.

Repeatedly click to make the window rise and let it fall by doing nothing. The goal is to keep the bar moving up and down inside the window to avoid cumming prematurely.
I guess the bug was that you had to click impossibly fast to make the window rise even a bit?
