Just played through this for the first time and I must say that the narrative has me kind of confused. One of the in-game notes mentions that what we are currently playing will later be called the “blackmail route” and that they will also develop a “love route” in the future. At the point the story ends now though it feels like it’s leaning heavily towards some sort of “redemption arc” for the main character and all female characters seem to be going in a more, well “love route” direction rather than one of manipulation/corruption.

That’s not necessarily a bad narrative to portray but it feels like the tone shift happens way too late in the game and leaves me feeling much less satisfied playing through the latest content.

They decided to changed the narrative halfway through and you can tell.

It's removed after change of Lillian. I wonder why they still show it on there.

Brother its still in the game, I constantly go back to it even in the newest release.
