That's what I mean, I checked it on legit every pixel of cauldron, while holding and while releasing bottle, simply didn't fill up

Hold the bottle over the cauldron without letting go, and it will fill up. However, if you place it back in the same slot you took it from, the contents will not be displayed. This is a bug.
If you place it in another slot or put it down in the location, it will contain the potion.

It only works if you made the potion correctly. If you have the recipe at the side there should be check marks next to every step. When putting ingredients into the kettle make sure to place them above it not directly on it because that way you just burn them in the fire.
