They are completely separate mods. Sad Crab has stopped with their 1.6f version and are now making :

Personally, if it wasn't for the built in cheats in the Sad Crab version, I thought it would count as a complete waste of time. Meaning their added content was kind of lame. Never tried the Silver mod.
Sad Crabs Innocent Witches does look very good though.

I'm playing the innocent witches now~ so far it's mostly been plot and no action xD

The Changes in Silver are largely additional content add-ons (more sex, more costumes, the beginnings of two new characters). Playing with the mod won't detract from the experience at all - but there's point in being aware that some of the new content has dead ends at the moment as it's still being updated.
It might be best to play the original first and get an understanding of it (and enjoy it - it's still a fantastic game) then enjoy the additional stuff added by MoJo:

(Worth noting there's also the Feodosiy mod - but they seem to specialise in adding content that flaunts the fact there's no payoff. They add a little bit of Cho content, but it's very shallow by comparison to Silver.)

For silver, as far as I remember since haven't played for quite a bit, you can improve imagination using the cheat menu (since the grind is completely pointless), and can access the miniskirt by corrupting Hermione rather than requiring Dahr's ticket (basically the book's are obsolete in Silver.)

Is anyone interested in a Linux build of this?
I put together a Linux build for this (Witch Trainer 1.02), Princess Trainer Gold Edition, and Magic Shop 1.03.
Basically I pulled the relevant libs and script out of the Russian hack and renamed the executables accordingly. The contents are the same, only the names of 2 files need to be changed.) They all run fine now.
I'll have to rar them up and throw them on MEGA I guess...

Here you go. This is Witch Trainer 1.02 with Linux support included. Let me know if you have any problems with it.

I used that one after I started to wonder how to progress... since there really isn't much to give you any idea you've done enough of each favor (the hearts don't always correctly show you, and the actual action differs depending on how far you've progressed.... so you might do the first favor 3 times and then the result starts repeating... but if you progress through a few more favors and then come back you might see different results as now her "whore level" or whatever is higher.)
Princess Trainer is much better about letting you know that you're progressing.
I don't have any option to make Hermione do such things event though I have read all the books and offered her an uncountable amount of presents. Am I missing something or is my game bugged as hell?

Kinda wish somebody would do a 3D version so there would be a visual of the cut scenes.
