If Luna gets more overall content later, I'll forgive her content that was cut from game (I still have an older version of the game just for her dom route). Her protronus is a rabbit so she really should love having a basilisk in her chamber of secrets.

I really like Astorias storyline so far, she'd make a great dom, plus she's clearly jealous of Susan Bones so MC/genie should say something like "you may be in Slytherin, but green isn't a good colour on you"
But seeing spells come into the story/stories more would be cool, we need stuff like this;

well.. I can say that I have plenty of ren'py games working perfectly. Even original witch trainer is working fine. Maybe the file is defective?

You'd have to give literally any amount of detail in order to get help. Are you playing on PC, Mac or Android? Did you download the correct version? Did you download it from the website or from somewhere else? When does it shut down? What happens when it shuts down? Do you have any mods installed? We can't help you if all you tell us is that it doesn't work.

what i'd love to have back, are the outside locations that have been there and just weren't used to full potential. the dorms, and outside, all of it, and more locations; even the dorms weren't yet full accessible, but think of it.. you could sneak around at night, pester teachers, and have scenes there that break the daily-same grind. the ingredient collecting was a good start before they were made obsolete and now again are not.
now imagine you might catch Astoria illegally casting some on Susan, in the Hufflepuff dorm, and ofc call her up for punishment after. branch there, either wait for the curse to finish or intercept somehow, with two outcomes. that's only one single idea. all the existing girls have their dorms, alot of unused potential.

Good news! More locations are being added, and Genie will move about more in future updates. Don't know for sure if it'll be exactly what you're envisioning, but there will be more than just 'Office', 'Shop', 'Emporium' and I guess now 'Potions Room'.

As for the dorms...well, in lore the Gryffindor dorms were impossible to enter for anyone but the girls who lived there. The stairs were charmed by Godric Gryffindor to turn into a slide if a boy tried to use them to enter the girls' dorms. This didn't happen if a girl tried to enter the boys' dorms though, because they believed that girls were more trustworthy than boys. It's unknown if this applied to the other Houses' dorms, or if teachers could somehow override this charm.

In other words, there'd better be a scene of Genie trying to perv on the girls, only to fall flat on his face as he loses his footing on the slide. Cue sidequest where we have to convince an ancient charm that we're really some cute young girl.

Not gonna lie, I don't understand where's the problem with the discussion up above. I mean, Dom Luna was a fleshed out (a mediocre route due to the pace, but still a route) and they just removed it and replaced that big ass arc with just three options. It's a severe downgrade and it hasn't been addressed by the devs. As far as I know, this was a lackluster update compared to the previous ones. Too little changes, and the removal of something interesting.

The removal of the old Luna content has been addressed by the devs quite a few times, and it was telegraphed well in advance of it actually happening. Loafy for instance posted about it in here a month or two ago. It's been six months and a full update since the Luna rework - two if you want to include the Halloween update - not including patches. The long and the short of it is that the old system didn't allow for Luna to be integrated into the stories of other characters, and there was no way to progress the storyline further. If they hadn't rebuilt Luna, there would just be the Sub/Dom path, and then nothing else.

If Sub/Dom Luna didn't get cut, or got added back in, but you only got the scenes we already had in previous versions, would that be acceptable? If the entirety of Sub/Dom Luna was 10,000 words, and those two routes never progress to 10,001 words but the current Luna continued to grow and surpass them, would that be okay?

I'm not against the subplot. But there was no reason whatsoever to give it to Luna. Create a new character who is dom, and then you have a new girl AND you can play both girls without having to reset Luna.

It's a win/win. It's not hypocritical to want more. I'm not sure what people are objecting to.

Some people just want to be kicked in the balls and told their dick is small. I’m not one of them either. I could do without dom Luna. I’ll take ditzy Luna any day. I’m with you, Congressman. I’m not opposed to a bratty dom chick, but I’d rather see it in a face that matches the personality.

Now can we all move on from the annoying AF dom Luna vs. sub Luna debate, please?

I dl full game and mod wts. No mods. Everything from this website. The wts crashes when I want to change visuals in preferences, and when selecting level of difficulty. Maybe in steps explain what I should do to properly launch the game

I believe - though I'm not sure - this indicates that your graphics drivers need updating and/or that your graphics card doesn't support something the game is trying to do in terms of rendering. I'd advise posting this over in the bug reports channel on discord, and asking Loafy about it.

a few suggestions. try to the 32bit .exe file instead. try to run in window mode instead of fullscreen. also you may try to change the video and force to use DirectX, there was some trick while starting the game, hell if i knew where exactly, you'll have to search through the thread. maybe one of those does it.
there's the accursed g00gel GLES in use for this game, that's not really smooth on older hardware.. and possibly may have issues with some win10 versions, driver conflicts or the likes. couldn't go details on the latter since i don't use win10 for many reasons, but people keep having e-shoes after about every other win10 update, then my phone won't stop ringing.

So, until you get told exactly when there will be something new, you don't think it is planned? I guess we won't be getting any more porn then, since it's not explicitly said in the update that Genie will get his dick wet. Tonks is never getting new content, nor is Hermione. Astoria is right out, and while Susan is getting a new model, she'll never get any content because that wasn't laid out for you.

Let us spare a thought for those people who wanted Susan content. By this logic they've been believing she'll get some development when it's an impossibility.



That sure is a lot of words you're putting in my mouth. Going by your first point, it sounds like you won't believe anything is coming until you have each update in your hands. That's okay, but it gives everyone else a better ruler to measure your complaints by. You believe Luna got a rework, which removed content you liked, and now she'll never get any more content.

Edit: It's funny that you keep saying that previously Luna had two complete arcs. If her arcs were complete, doesn't that mean there's nothing left to do with her? Sub/Dom Luna is a complete arc, and you can play their complete arcs in previous updates. Now we get a new arc for Luna, meaning we're getting two complete arcs and a new developing one. Thanks man, I feel better about Luna now!

1. Wrong. I said that it is not going to be in the next update and the update after that. Which means the possibility of new Luna content is far in the future. Which is not a good excuse for taking out content.

So, I guess it has come to this. If someone forwards an opinion that doesn't make the devs happy, then it has to be struck down with might and be quickly labeled as a troll.

The issue is that the current plan is to remove the entire sub/dom section without actually doing something smarter: how about write a section to introduce Luna before that (as it is currently planned) but offer an option to still pursue the old routes? Why not do what other mods in games do when they are doing this kind of rework so that there is none of this kind of drama? I really want to give the benefit of the doubt, I really do, but don't expect me to be lenient when it comes to any form of criticism one can't digest being considered 'trolling'. I've been around since Akabur started working on WT, when he 'completed' it, when this project started, and until this very update I had little issue with it. I understood the changes, I accepted them, I absolutely love the vision the devs have in the general reach of this project, but when you replace something that could be bad within the game, but still has a good following because of its crackishness, you can't expect everyone to be onboard with it. The issue of miscommunication isn't tied about this being removed out of nowhere because it wasn't, it is all about the fact this operation was done with little detail on when or how this rework was going to happen and develop. It's a sloppy work, a needed one, but could have been done better.

This response is not to shit on the update's vision, it is focused on the poor execution about it. I don't ask your respect, I will not demand it, but I want to genuinely see respect to the overall community rather than just the majority. If the devs have the option to avoid drama, they should at least consider doing that.

And I'm done, it's early in the morning, I had my little piece of mind out, and I will not play any form of game happening in the posts up above. I will calmly wait for future updates, but if this behavior taken in this regard, then I will no longer seek to post anything in this thread.

It's just occurred to me. You said you downloaded the full game and mod wts. You don't mean you downloaded Akabur's original WT and then tried to apply WTS to it, right? WTS is a standalone application that doesn't need the orignal game to run.
