1-I'm not stuck
2-the event DOESN'T EVEN HAPPEN AT ALL IT IS ENTIRELY SKIPPED
3-The planner isn't saying anything other than make a video from behind, WHICH BEGINS WITH SKIPPING THE ILLNESS AND PREGNCY EVENTS.

That may be caused by using the old pesistent file, or because of using some mods/tweaking the variables. Because it all was working perfectly at release(been fully checked twice). Ok I will walk through whole game again and will answer You again.
I went through these quests again right from the start, everything is working fine.
It is caused by some other reasons, listed above. Also, please, check Your PM.

I really like the game, starting back from scratch is not bad once in a while, but with this new update i keep getting this error in quest 9 (I think its quest 9)

Unrelated to the first part of this post,
As I told you in MP, but for the players that might have the same issue, this is caused byt using interactions that shouldn't be unlocked yet. In my case, I was able to reproduce it by asking Meanass to exercise. If I don't use that interaction, the bug doesn't occur.

This is a typo.
Use an editor to find the place for quest_9 in book.rpy

Will a plain text editor work or do I have to decompile the game first?
Edit: found my answer, have to decompile first.
Place the file in the "game" folder. The only I have changed is what Toccatta suggested.

Look in the -> v0.3.0p Gadgets
it is described there.
First you need to open the rpa file (with Unren.bat).
Then look for book.rpy and change the line
with the error using a text editor and save back.
(Always make a backup before editing)

The game is horrible, in 2 hours I haven't even been able to do the first medical check-up, it's not intuitive, the graphics are bad.

and do what it says :
Quest 1 to Quest 27 is also easy to play in [0.3.1p]
with the ant_rap-mod -> ant_rap

Sorry but I'm stuck! I have downloaded v0-3-1p but as soon as I start with the recovery from previous games it tells me that I have finished v0-3-1p!

The new version is a "stripped down" version from v0-3-0p, so most of the content has been removed.
But some progression tiers have been improved and some events added. So you need to restart from scratch.
Is it worth it? It's up to you, just know the game stops at the first teleportation, and for what I see, the main goal is to replace most of the AI generated content by actual 3D content.
There is also more nudity, and 3 explicit sexual events.
Stinsonvii for the 2 first girls, you need to use the first inspection prompt,
medical checkup=>first interaction=>shake the bottle=> give points
Do that until you can ask them to show their tongue without them getting angry, than do that until you can spray them without getting angry.
Once you've done that, you should have enough points to ask them to remove their top. And after that you should get enough points after each interactions to have a smooth sailing.
Just be aware that the first interaction of each tier is usually not enough to spray them, if the score is right at the required level, they will just agree to undress. If it's above, you can spray them.
Only the two first girls have requirements to undress and spray, the others will be easier (way easier).

3weeks, it's 70gold/week without the first book.
Then it takes 8 days to read the book.
Money is huge grind, but fortunately, later in the game, it becomes irrelevant.
