I think he means Locale to fix being stuck on loading screen, not VPN lol.

if I can play 60 fps on my garbage pc then idk man how they got stuck in loading screen.

I had to believe they are DOVA-Syndrome freeware music, can search their youtube channel for it.
Can't really name the specific song titles right now because I can't find the credits for the music in the files.
