- First, download the locale emulator and install it.
- Go to the game folder and right-click.
- Right-click on the executable file.
- Click on the option to run in Japanese.
- Enjoy the game.

i didn't use locale emulator and it worked. you just need to turn all language settings in japan (amministrative settings too).
