As the guy that have play this game all the way till the very end (and despite the fact i play for more than half a year in game there aint much thing that progress like girl's aging or girl's height), u wont get a second child so if u are a preg fetish guy then i would suggest u have a save...

I'm glad the devs allow actually seeing the different sizes of pregnancy on all poses, cutscenes, and animations, but I'm still sad that we can't really see it the second time without going back to the first pregnancy cycle. The outfits she can wear is cute enough that it's unfortunate there isn't another chance to see it in the same save.

I suppose. But then again this game is a slow burn kind (at least faster than the imouto fantasy ones), it would be better if someone translate the whole game instead of MTL, shjt is lag af.
