I'm playing the clean version of S1 with no mods or third party addons, so I can only assume it's either a mod you installed that broke the game, or it could be the bug described by the dev in the first post of this thread in the "Changelog" section:

It says right in the OP that 1080p is only Chapter 4.

The only version of chapter 5 that someone leaked was the 2K version.
