I totally get the concern, and just to clarify — the NTR content will be completely optional and avoidable. You can absolutely have a playthrough with none of it, depending on your choices. The story is meant to adapt to how you want to experience it.
I don't see why this is a problem? You know, when dev is giving you an option to create you own path?
Some folks can't stand even optional NTR -- the mere possibility a character could cheat on some path, no matter if they personally picked that path or not, is enough for them to reduce appeal of the character. It may be very much "them" problem, but it doesn't really help in their situation.
personally, i dont think the problem is optional ntr, we already have official ntr and its a canon event.
Is he really? If he never updates the "vanilla" path then choise becomes an illusion and the dev has to prioritize the routes that keep the cashflow stable, meaning that as long as the majority of paying people want to get cucked, that will be all that gets updated.
On the Right is not Aunt May, it is Daily Bugle secretary Betty Brant. Next to Felicia is Liz (girl from Spider-Man Homecoming, where she was Tooms daughter, in comics she was white and letter married Harry Osborn). Between MJ and Betty is Silk (Cindy Moon?) I think, you meet her very briefly and we are not given name. The only girls with some amount of content (with Peter) are Gwen and MJ (depending on your choices) and Liz (not with Peter).
This site is full of them, definitely the most annoying bunch. Just ignore and go on if you don't like it. 100% a "them" problem.

As bad as that is, the ones who think that ANY female character fucking ANY male character in the game is NTR is the worst. These are the people who don't want male characters (other than the player) to exist in the game in any capacity,unless they are gay/dead/completely lacking in agency or virility. It's nearly religious in its fervor.
