I had trouble with this too. The orange orb shows how many characters you still need. Once it isn't showing a number, click the runes and it'll work or (if you went beyond the number it told you to) she'll be naked and potentially angry.
Kirill Repin Art i've got a bug for you, whenever you unlock the scene, where she is showing you her panties and where you got the options to change scene, clothes, etc... her skirt will always be up and no option in the wardrobe resets it. she also sometimes gets a weird boob animation from it.

Just to echo many others on here this is kinda deeply annoying to play. Despite the help sections etc, it remains unclear exactly what to do at any given stage. I have tried every option I can think of to enable speaking about studies but the chat option simply does not appear. There really needs to be a tutorial section, or similar mechanic. As of right now the game is visually and technically excellent but game play mechanics are so opaque as to render the game virtually unplayable for those of us without an endless supply of patience for trial and error.
Cheat options also don't help. You don't get enough potions to make her do anything, it doesn't unlock the majority of options, essentially it just unlocks clothing

You can unlock the ability to control lifting up skirt, but indeed, it is an oversight on my part, it doesn't reset at the end of one of the labels in the 'Panties' Favor.
Regarding her boobs, I can see that there's supposed to be a corset active, but it's not visible. When did that happen?
with a potion, talk to her after a potion class during a free time (you need many potions and the type is random) it's a pain in the ass to go down to 3 and I don't understand the point

How do you reduce friendship? I didnt realize getting it too high would put you into the friendzone. Which makes sense i guess, in a weird way. But now how do i fix it?
Answered my own question. If you check the defense class there is a row of potions. You have a random chance of pulling a potion when you click on it, one of the potions reduces friendship and you just need to collect enough of them.

I'm not understanding something. You say to " Send Hermione to different classes in the Homework section. " Arn't doing homework and attending classes different things? If I assign her homework "Fashion Lesson I" in the morning she is not available for class.
