I'm struggling to get intelligence up to >4, but also seem to be missing the tiara. How do I get the tiara? I am now stuck on some of the lessons...
IIRC she gives you the 'artifact' when you talk to her after she finishes one of the classes you send her to. Either that or from library searching?

Click on the " ? " in the top left of the "Magic" window box. It will tell you what you need for each artifact.

Thanks for the advice, I got the tiara with the last hairstyle, but that lesson was what I needed the 4 Intelligence for to start with. I kind of expected the tiara to be available before the last hairstyle, as it would have been less grind.

I can't get Fashion Lesson IV homework to complete for some reason/ can't get Hermione to agree to hemlines or apparel.

Is the CMC Lesson 1 C supposed to give negative 1 Submission? Shouldn't it increase Submission?

Also, all the potions classes have no description and appear to have the same effects. Is this a bug?
Sending Hermione to these lessons seems to be having an effect on other values, like Intelligence and Friendship, but these arenot mentioned in the Potions lessons' descriptions.

This is in need of a walkthrough. If you get stuck and cannot move forward a reason may be that you are not asking Hermine in the "Chat" Favour/option about "How are your studies?". This pops up after having sent her out to study. Talk to her in a period of "No Class" after she's done some studies. Needs to be done within the same day, the option disappears if you wake up the next morning having not talked to her about it.
I just visited the site. Maybe you need to reset cookies, or just try with a different browser? I think it's on your end that you can't access it.

I got stuck wondering the same things trying to be strategic about the classes, but apparently this not like a choice-game side of the game, you just keep going with the classes like a grind, meanwhile you gotta do other things like potions and hugs to calibrate the needed stats when you're close enough to events. The choices are the straightforward stuff you get in dialogues only I think.
