They seem to be just data files (i think "avif") just named png for simplicity of engine reference to file structure....

It's basically just a "slideshow" there're just static images and some 3D videos that just play back. There's no actual 3d game engine in this game.

I don't know how to get them in game. Btw, it's quite more complex than PowerPoint (or add some heavy VBA things in it) and require quite more RAM too ! I had a 'RAM full' error (I have 16GB) when I played a bit too fast...

But there are several videos like that in .../molestation rape/asset/video

Just try its model : 'RapeLay' that is more or less unplayable with actual pc...
Let's just say it's a bit dated, it would have been a gem 10 or 20 years ago.
I don't want to defend this game to the death, but there are far worse games out there, and it kept me entertained for 15 to 30 minutes.
