it works. thanks for the swift response.
I was dropping the entire "data" folders into the executables, since id remembered years ago that you can do it in bulk.
you can decode several at once, but you need to select them individually (with shift).
basically im an idiot.

I'm running windows 10, currently jap locale

I've been trying every tool for multiple days but I still cant figure it out.
