I know, just saying so that people know sometimes referring to old post using pages aren't reliable/helpful, using the post #number would be much more helpful
This game's pretty much one-of-a-kind, but if you want something fun that is kind of similar, I'd recommend these games:

how do you get rid of the mucus baby once it's inside you? none of the buttons seem to work and if i get caught by the wolf girl and die i get soft locked as the game over scene never ends, so you cannot get back to the title screen (ESC doesn't work either)
it's also very annoying that that one specific room seems to use a different variable for the health, so cheat engine is no use as you cannot open your inventory to see your health value and figure out its address.
so is there any way to get passed that room? i tried luring the wolf girl into his reach but i don't know what you're supposed to do then. i get him angry, he punches exactly where the wolf girl is and nothing happens...
also is there a way to backtrack? none of the water enemies are in the gallery so there is no way to watch their animations

"Foolproof" strategy.
Get the cat to very low HP (do not KO her. See later for why)
Get the mucus baby inside you. Ideally get close to the abortion seat.
KO the cat.
As quickly as possible, you need to get on the abortion seat and get the mucus baby out of you.
Now the cat has an invisible tag that allows her to be grabbed. Aggro the orc by hitting him till anger meter is full and bait his attack. He should grab the cat, winning you the fight instantly.
Can´t wait to FINALLY getting the hell OUT of the Futa Phase!!!

Next phase might be a guro, a very much guro. I wrote some pages ago about dev plans, but it's been a long ago (i mean he tell about them) and Eluku might change his mind, but i want to see only one part of this old plan: play as other character. He planning that we go in zombie village or similar and start to transform into zombie while sitting in cage, and as little nekogirl we need to feed mc by meat, and try to make antidote while trying to not let other zombie eat our mc, but as i said it's been a long time ago (someone ask about future plans) when old site is still work and game being free.

But as i said: it's been a long, long ago, before fc2 (there's might be meme about Tumblr, but i'm too lazy) stop working (in 2019 or earlier, or later, i don't remember) and after that he change his mind about futa parasite (he start working on removing it, but think that it look bad and he still need futa mc) and start working on "challenge rooms" that he still finishing, and after so much years only now work on removing parasite, so i believe that he make something other (Please, no more guro, it's already too much with Plague Doctor).

Always has new versions, what is needed is to finish the futa parasite removal minigame to be able of continuing with the main game's story, but he alternatively is also working on a side path of "punishment" if you fail the minigame.
