Are sound effects broken or are they broken in the gallery? I used the save file to check if sex scenes have sound, at some point it just goes away during the replay scene. Thought this was the usual "dev didn't even bothered with voicing girls" deal of RPGM games.

Nope, sound effects folder has moaning and stuff, clearly made for thius game. So why doesn't sound play?

There's one scene where the mc's wife gets fucked forcefully, even if you skip all the scenes, but while doing that, then you can fight and kill the Demon Lord/King, and thus lead to the "Good Ending" that leads with the mc and his wife fucking at the end, still leading to a potentional worse ending where they are going to get invaded by the neighbouring countrys that used to finance the fight agaisnt the Demon Lord/King. This circle dev is gone since the release of their last game, it reached below 2 stars review at release, close to 4 stars now. The art is good, but idk what's the deal with the game mechanics on both games. The first game was meant to have icons showing where the scenes are located, but were discarded later.

It seems like the game is going to be good to me. I went through the intro sequence talking to everyone in town. They have A LOT to say. Even this one section gave me a lot of information about the setting, the people in town, the ugly bastards, and MC's relationship with the heroines, while building up a sense of unease with "town corruption" vibes.

I don't know if it will continue to be this detailed as the game goes on, but part of my metric on determining if RPGM game has a developer that really cares about their game is checking out what random NPC villagers have to say, and this game seems very promising.

I have to say, based on the synopsis, this has got to be the silliest excuse plot for NTR I have ever seen.

Because what do you mean the Crest of the War God and Fire God specifically activate from fighting with or forging stuff for the hero respectively, stuff that benefits him even outside of the crest's power, but the one that involves sex means doing things that are not only not with or for the hero, but provide him literally nothing but pain whatsoever outside of the power boost?

it's a ghacha. hero is declared then a random god gives out buffs. this time around its the god of trickery
