For ya'll asking how to enable english language - press the "Language" button on the left bottom of the screen in the main menu. There will be english and chinese subtitles.

To add onto the above, it only works for the Talk scenes. None of the dialogue during any of the sex has subtitles. A shame, really.

The button at the bottom left switch between only japanese, and japanes, chinese english subtitles (some scenes are not translated for some reason).

Also, unrelated but Sakuya on the menu is way too cute
