yo anyone can solve the problem where I keep getting checksum error when extracting the files? cuz everytime i get that error, my winrar froze

EDIT: nvm I found what causes the problem. Anyone have the uncorrupted version of these files?

I think you need to click on the language option in the bottom left corner, changing it to "Multilingual". Then the English text will appear on the top of the screen for the game.
Edit: It's not perfect, they only really add the text for the "talk" segments, otherwise the rest is unsubbed.

question, are the stills used during the later part AI or something? they dont really fit the rest of the animation style and do seem to look like how AI generators would create at the time, notably the sharper looking eyes and slicker coloring over the whole body, when i noticed it, it became very jarring
