you get those after the Netorase route.
for future reference: if you get the error for the special office clothes at midnight in office then just go to bosses house and sleep at night with him. it will fix the issue and will unlock the netorase route if you go home and talk to shouta at midnight
how many ending we have till now, i got 4 with no horny, pregnant, earned enough money from bedroom and with the boss. now it feels repetitive, no hints what to do and when to except anything new if there is or is it finished. would be helpful if there was a walkthrough.

there would be an event with boss at i think 2000 lewdity. mean while you can go to sleep at midnight at your house which will trigger an event with shouta. after that there would be a letter outside your apartment. that would unlock anti-horny route.

there is still the special office mitsu event ending, which is bugged and that bug can be fixed after going to sleep with boss at night. then there is love ending(the cannon ending of the game) which you can get after reaching 100 love by spending time with shouta by going to GYM and PUBLIC SPACE AREA BEACH.

i didn't lowered the price because i wanted more money. i did it because i had really low output this month.
also i have mentioned it before. making money on something i have worked on don't make me greedy.
