Yeah I just checked and it is the white haired girl, she's called Arya and I'm pretty sure she first appears outside the light rail station to the left of the hospital in the morning, after you've spoken to her she shows up at the gas station

I found Raina's, it's on the roof of the building next to the gas station, still haven't found Maggie's key though lol
