I scoured gongo_g original cheat file and copy/pasted the cheat bit into the newest version (0.10.1 fix).
I have not tested it outside of skipping the prologue and seeing if the buttons work in the bedroom.
Place in the folder of the game, then extract -> overwrite.

"How does it work with the protagonist? Can you choose at the beginning? Or do you transform halfway through the game? If so, is it possible to avoid the transformation and always play as a man?"
I'm at the point where Lisa needs to move, but when I go to the Library past 21h on a Saturday, it says I need the key.

There are no more hints for the main quest. I have the book from the library, but unfortunately I can't open it. In addition, training is no longer effective (25 toned body) or is 25 the maximum for the body?
It give events you transformeted in a girl body. So you can view this scenes or skip. At the beginning you can mark if you want to play only man so events are blocked.
I played till the end of 0.10.1 so the block works. For example as female you can buy the female clothes all these are blocked when you choose to be a man permately. Aso when you be in a girl body you can choose if you have sex or not (skip the scene). So you can wait if the girl have back her body and so on.
Have you marked in game if it is possible? Do you want be a girl or want it only for quests/events that are two different shoes.
First you can mark what you want when you want to be a man you can block all other or if you are open to be a girl.
The second is you must play the game to the point where you learn spells. One spell is a transformation spell and at the moment you use it only in a main quest and in the other world.
The spell is that you transport your soul in this body not a body change spell. For example in the main event you swip with a girl. Your soul is in her body and her soul is in your body.
For example when you use character hints some npcs are blocked when you are not open to be a girl. For example Lesbian and the mens (as man you get a hint that it is blocked). How much content it have I can`t say because it is blocked and the game have a lot of loose ends at the moment.

Are you sure you have had the key? (load a old save and you wasn`t at this point)
For example as I played I talked with Christina and thought I got the key. I must talk to her a second time to get the key and wunder why I can`t enter the libary this was in the beginning normal you must be over this point.
I have had no problems to visit Lisa after I have paid the truck that she moved to me (played completed new from 0.10.1 because I don`t want to waste my time to search on my old pc if I have the old save or not).

Play the other Quests. The main Quest is normal Christina/Lisa and so on. The side Quests are normal all the other girls.
When you get the main quest that you must take the virginity from a girl you must unlocked the side quest girl to this point it is possible. So sometimes you can play the main quest only further when you played the side quests to a point.
You can see under character hint what you can do with her or him or if you reached the end in this version.
