Could you please suggest some games that feature normalization or established traditions that must be observed?

Not sure if that's what you're looking for, but the management game "Free Cities" has a system where you can shape the culture of your arcology in various ways - e.g. making younger or older slaves more preferable, introducing a Repopulation or Eugenics focus, where either every woman should always be pregnant or only the most beautiful and intelligent, introducing the worship of slavery, encouraging the use of humans as dairy-producing cows, and more.
