Change Family Relationships is not toggleable in the "Incest" version. Is there a patch specifically or something I'm missing? Windows 10. Clicking it does nothing.

I saw someone asking, but no response so far. Apparently you need Love Points to do the "Buying Groceries in the mall", but it says I have 0/10 and I already finished all available quests...
How to increase that?

Edit: I was running on 0.25.24. I updated to 0.25.90 and loaded my game, now it changed. Wasn't listing the Groceries quest. Need to double check.
