It just came out for $10+ tiers that are 2-4 weeks early access. So I would guess it will hit general release in 2-4 weeks.

If you want to unlock all scenes in gallery - you can do it through in game cheats or writing GOODGAME as a secret code. (By clicking on in-game avatar icon) Special codes are posted on Discord tier channels today.
There are 2 ways to access Aquapark location, either by continuing in Judy's mainstory or alternatively by regular visiting locations and meeting Natalie and Lola together by random meetup on any of top locations (15% chance). Brother 3 h of your life or 2 month wait for v0.26 choice is yours. Not everyone has patience like me who wait 3.5 hours with 48kb download speed limit even I have 5g which gives 110mbps
