or release an unfinished game, let people play small updates from said unfinished game, so they can report bugs specifically, rather than having to play it 10-50 times repeatedly and still miss certain bugs.

This is low key somewhat unplayable on android I'm not on the greatest of phones but it gets the job done but most of the times when I try to play this I either crash or get a stupid amount of fps drop then crash again is there a way to fix it or will I just be unable to play this

open terminal, go with "cd" to the folder where the game is and then "chmod a+x WorldOfSisters0.43.app/Contents/MacOS/*" without "
now can you run any game, replace the game name with the game name you need and finish.

To be fair the game must compiled for Mac, windows games can you not run with this xD

I have download it from Mega, and with this command the game run by me. You must rename the game when its have space in name. Easiest way is put the game in your download folder rename it and then use the command what i have give you.

Easy method: allow installation of apps by app store AND known 3rd party developers under security settings and install. You'll get an error message for every game/app without official Apple signature. Don't throw the app to the bin as suggested, close the window and go back to security settings. Now you'll see the latest installation attempt mentioned there. Klick it, choose install anyway and sign with password. You are responsible for any shady stuff you'll install, no-brainer.
