Check their blog, they've been releasing test modules with different gameplay elements. One with a chair, another with a tentacle plant gloryhole sucking cock through a massage table. The latest module is an interactive demo with the plant. The cocks have been changed from the image in the OP. What you have here is a walk-around test with a 3d environment and non-interactive NPC's.
This guy is doing incredible animation and 3D models.

This one includes customization options for your character, it's the most recent version I've found. It seems you can only get the orgasm animation if you have the most intense setting selected, and the orgasm starts when the bar is about two thirds full rather than all the way.
