I like that game and haven't really seen to many other games like it. I think the ground hog day scenario is kind of a special case as well because there is literally no consequence to doing something bad that you otherwise wouldn't do. I can have my cake and eat it too because I know tomorrow I'll just wake up again and it never happened except in my memory. In that type of scenario there are all sorts of things I might try that I would otherwise never do. Even things like suicide missions or whatever with guaranteed bad outcomes might be something you would want to try just for some part of that experience you find appealing.
In pretty much any other situation you don't get a do over like that. Anything significant you do has actual consequences. You might be able to apologize for something or make up for it somehow but you can't literally take it back.

If a game has a scene gallery where you can play back the scenes that you've unlocked...

The problem with that is as you said you are into older women, so depending on your future age, your future self would still be into older women. So you would not necessarily be into a threesome with either of them, because of that.
