I think generally development does need to focus on providing some structure that gives the player clearer goals to work towards.

As of now, basically yes.
If girls pass the exam, they graduate the school and stop showing up to the exams.
You need to unlock photo club (and then encouraged photo club nudity) through pta meetings on Saturdays for photoshoots.
Events are accessible if a girl has one, and if the stats needed for the event (check girlconfig.ini file for that girl if interested) are obtained.
Here's essentially the game loop as of now:
1. You want to prevent them from leaving the exam to help make money through the other game mechanics.
2. Having more girls means more photoshoots/panties/hostess candidates (for sponsors).
3. Contacting the sponsors and fulfilling requests to increase the relationship with the sponsor. (you'll want to contact them on the first day and at least once a week, if not more).
4. The higher the sponsor relationship, the more money you can get on an official deal/sponsorship from that sponsor for the school (which is weekly income).
5. By accumulating money, you have more to spend on photoshoots and eventually complete the photoshoot photo collections for each girl.
There's other things, like the out-of-class events, but essentially that's the loop for now. More is planned obviously, but patience is a virtue as they say.

I have a few question about this game.
1. how to use the debug thing? I know there is certain settings like to always steal pants or tops, or how easy or hard the tests is,or the skill increase thing after the girl fails a test, I want to know if there is a debug to like make the girls have bigger tits or remove a certain trait or add certain traits. 2. Is there a mod that has only big tit girls. 3. I like the game so far but the dev may want to add a building system to the game. like maybe building a school pool or lunch room or even a place for the girls to sleep. if the point of the game was a private school then I think adding the build system would work to help with the sponsors like have a different setting for photoshoots . maybe have more place to visit other than test,home,pta meetings,or date.

i am also a bit confused by the mods, but the game is cool, just wish there would be more variety of played gifs on the daylie grind and also some hostess events eventually. What i dont care about is dates with the girls as a teacher. I mean you are abusing them on a daylie basis why date them? But a bit more stuff into it and the game is amazing

Maybe there should be a "parent anger" meter? If you take actions that are too extreme the parents get angry and if they get angry enough they'll pull their girl from the school. Of course this depends on the girl actually complaining to their parents so as you get them more used to being molested they don't complain as much.
I do agree that there's not much reason in the current version to not just go straight for the vag/butt.
Maybe make their molestation tolerance grow faster if they make it to the end of class? The game might need better feedback as to how close a girl is to bolting though.
I like the core ideas behind this one. But like a lot of other people, I was a bit confused at the gameplay loop and overall goal.

I'm also able to fuck them in front of others, I don't know where we can go from here as a "final reward" for each girl. Maybe each one has a specialized fetish you can unlock? Or get applicable models pregnant?
Anyways, I've been enjoying this one so I hope to see it shine bright!

on a separate note, can you give us extra control in the PTA meetings? like 'mandating uniform' should *mandate* it. a girl can't come in naked if none of the other rules are enforced; this is important bc you sorta want your sluttier students to wear panties bc their panties have the higher whore level

Another idea: Instead of increasing a girl's resistance based on why she ran away, what if her resistance was raised for each act performed? So every time you try to take off her clothes the exhibitionism stat goes up a little. Every time you spank her the pain stat goes up a little, and so on. This way you have an incentive to keep her in class as long as possible since it lets you grind her resistance up so you can rush to the more extreme stuff quickly.
to answer what I can:
1.the debug is there to give you extra money or unlock photo club whenever you want (in case you just want to jump into all the gameplay without the whole "need money" thing). You can also re-roll the girls you have in case you want a certain girl in the vanilla game or a modpack (be aware this also re-rolls girl stats, fwiw). You can adjust girl traits in a girls 'girlConfig.ini' file if desired. (see file "game/DB.rpy" for trait descriptors too).
2. Jordan and I's mod-pack have more than a few girls with big tits. Because they're based on real porn-girls, you can look up any names you don't know to see who has big tits. (See the google spreadsheet for all the mods.)
3. Ninoss only started working on the game in June of '22. So all I can say is patience on gameplay-expansion is needed for a solo-dev.
Mod-girls folders go in the 'girls' folder in the main game.
Mod-scripts .rpy's go in the 'scripts_mods'.

luanis : Yes you absolutly can, in the actual version of the game, parents expect you to keep them x days (it's written in the overview on the pc). As one passed, you can then chose another one from the pending admissions.
In future update parents and the girl will expect more of a carreer / job when the girl actually graduate but I'm quite far from that update rn ^^
In theory it's best to only keep the ones that have the perfect traits related to the sponsors you choosed.
