I think it mostly comes down to how the RenpyPy's backward/forward system works: it's designed for narrative games ^^
As in WTM almost everything is generated runtime, if it skips one step (which RenPy absolutly does, notably when going backward in menus), the game has incomplete informations and crashes
But when only going forward, I've never encountered such crashes, it's always when playing with the backward thing.
Is it related to the compressed version of the game (Asenaris) ?

As always, not all actions are exact or fit the classroom setting. The goal is to fill as many of the exam actions as possible.
(Just place the girl's modpack in the "girls" folder in the WTM game. Make sure you have no more than the current max of 22 girls.)

It couldn't be handled the same way, as dialogs are spread in different locations and would need to be randomized/assembled procedurally to get interesting or something.
Apart taking time, I also don't really know where to put/use those. Maybe when in the future you could interact with your girls in the school ?
I'll work in near future with B4ND1T91 on some custom resume when the girls want to join the academy, gonna see what I can do to make personalized text depending on the girl.

Knowned "bug", you didn't reselect part/actions after a back/forward skip during the exam.
Can't be fixed as it's not a bug, RenPy simply doesn't save some variables while in menus
Btw, it would be pretty cool if the clips would follow some kind of standardized naming convention so that, when they are shown, which conditions are required for it to play, would all be described in the name.
Something simple like:
- fuckpussy.webm: would play whenever there is pussy fucking, but
- fuckpussy_top.webm: the same thing but the girl must also wearing a top. Also
- fuckpussy_top_noskirt.webm: same as above but the girl must not have a skirt
It would open the doors for some creative mod packs, I think. And if the naming convention is simple, all existing modpacks would still work.

So love this game so far, and so can't wait for it to start having events and other things to make it feel even more alive and persistent

If your are up for suggestions... Something I think could be interesting is that girls could prefer certain sexual practices --as of currently the stats for each action remains the same regardless of the girl.
i.e. anal sex always has the same effect on any girl. It would be a very interesting if girls had actual preferences and inclinations towards say..., some prefer oral, some prefer anal over vaginal, etc.
So for a girl who prefers anal sex pleasure could go up faster for her if you have anal with her, and the other way around if a girl had other preferences.
That makes for a very interesting mechanic when you start to discover what a girl likes the most.
This could help the player who have similar preferences to keep the girls they prefer the most, and would make the game varied and very engaging in that regard.

For everyone who is not on discord server of the game. Release is again delayed to end of October.
It sucks waiting for it but in my opinion it's the right thing to take time it takes to not drop an unfinished update. Ninoss I really appreciate you effort and hope you get things going!

(At least on PC.) You can change all the girls in the game easily.
Or just the spesific images/videoes you feel like changing.
Simply find the image or video folders and replace whatever you want with new images or videos. (Un-modded examples below.)
Just remember to use the SAME file names and the same ratio. I think you should use the same file formats as well.
It'll take time if you want to replace everything, but it's still easy to do.
Imo this should be advertized more. It'd be fun if a bunch of people "modded" (calling this "modding" feels a bit like cheating) their games and shared their versions.
