how ? Thanks to deep-learning processes, trained models can interpolate one "fake" frame next to each native frame.
The result gives a smooth effect on each animations.

For now - nowhere. Allegedly there is a rework in progress for those days, and those 9 days will extend to the first 30, introducing the chracters that now the MC "knows". For the release time - it was pushed back twice already, the last one is to, I think, early 2024? Someone can correct me if I'm wrong. So you will have to wait at least a couple of months, if not more.
