Here's a thought, I stayed out of the cheating/no cheating discussion before, but how will Jamie react when she finds out Zoe tried to coerce her sister to have sex with her boyfriend against both their wills?

Thanks. I tend to forget names when updates take too long. Case in point, during the big one at the end of Week 1 I was wondering who all the cheerleaders were and could not remember Bailey.

It was just as much against Zoe's will she only did it to make sure her cheer scholarship wasn't gonna be in jeopardy. So given that extenuating circumstance I don't think jamie's gonna care in the end.

That scene is getting changed a bit in the week 1 rework so dont pay too much attention to it for now.

I love this game and it’s characters a lot. It is the only game on here that I would play even without the lewd content. It is a fantastic world that I am always looking forward to returning to.

I've argued this before, but the threat to her scholarship does not excuse her decision to facilitate Charles' scheme of something that is not only morally, but legally wrong. At the very least, she enabled, and participated in, a macho culture where sexual favours are traded for benefits. From dialogue, she knew that this was very much the case and even when MC calls her out for it, she still pushes him to go through because she's more afraid to get caught for covering for MC and Liz and losing her scholarship , than she is in doing the right thing.

Braindrop, you are doing awesome. Please don't beat yourself up over totally reasonable delays. Like going out with your girlfriend, and doing things with and for family. I agree with a lot of people here that moving to a "it's done when it's done" is a better model, but I understand that having specific due dates helps motivate you, and that is fine. But give yourself a lot of slack for missing due dates. None of your true fans, of which you have many, really mind at all as you can see from the comments here. If you are a week or two from your target, I'd say that is totally on time compared to most devs.
I like your idea of giving yourself a buffer, that should take some of the pressure off. Life is hard enough, without putting undue pressure on yourself, so I hope you can take some time to pat yourself on the back for a great game that brings enjoyment to a lot of people, and the fact that you can get some extra income from it, which is a huge bonus.

Im pretty sure that there is still gonna be a some sort of scene with Liz in the reworked version since the overall theme of the scene probably isnt gonna change.
The rework for that scene is more about changing its structure and changing the dialogue, especially Zoe and Baileys parts are changing a lot since their behavior and personalities in that scene and in day 2 in general compared to day 3 and beyond is a night and day difference, Zoe more so than Baileys.

You know that was uncalled for. I get you didn't like my thoughts on Ryker a while back, but there is no need to bring it back up again.
I get you don't like the way Zoe acted, but she seemed ok with it in the long run if you decided not to have sex with Liz on day 2. Charles is the bastard here not Liz, these kind of things were very common in schools here in the US for a long time. Female rights have improved a little over the years since the me too movement but you still have a lot of females who are afraid to stand up against powerful men. As a father of two girls I am terrified my girls will have to experience something like Liz or Zoe had to go through here. This is another great way BD has quietly brought a mainstream issue into the game. Hats off to him for bringing it into the game.

I hope it's worth 3 updates, but I certainly doubt it.
I'm not getting the 500 to 800 render mark which is what I was hoping for,
The only way, I can enjoy any game or any story or update to be honest.
But in the end it's worth it. The story is very interesting.
Even if it does not follow some more interesting genres like other games.
It's still at the top of all my other games I play and love.
So the question is, will I be able to wait even for just another update or wait until Christmas and have a bundle of renders waiting for me to play with by then?
Decision, decisions, so much to do and all updates will be around 240-260.
That's a lot of waiting for me. I may not be strong enough to wait that long.

No, I am going to respectfully disagree with you here. If this was BD quietly bringing a mainstream issue into the game, he bungled it.
Let's say that scene is a meta-comment on "MeToo" and the toxic misogynist culture of US colleges. Wouldn't it have been much more powerful if Zoe stood up for herself as a strong, independent woman? Instead, she hides behind her own vulnerability (her scholarship) and gladly defers to MC to handle things/protect Liz and by extension herself. So the message here is protect yourself and wait for a strong male to save you?
I'm not a father, but I am an uncle to several nieces that I am willing to die for. But I would rather they learned to defend/look out for themselves and others rather than hide behind the fact they are just girls in a male society, waiting to be rescued.
Obviously I am not going to show them this game, but if I did I would certainly point out to them "don't be like Zoe".
