BUT, it's not just that there in there and the MC is spending time on them. It's that there is OBVIOUS incestuous subtext in the interactions. It's intentionally misleading at best and intentionally blueballing at worst. If the developer has no intention of ever doing anything incestuous (and that's his choice) then stop making it seem like those characters are love interests. You can keep them tied to the story without being so sexualized.
And on the subject of Patreon not allowing incest, plenty of developers create patch content they release through side venues if they do want to include incest without bothering Patreon. The dev could easily do that here if he wants to keep the sexualization of the family members in the story.
Exactly!!! Shauna and Jamie should be more characters and Cece and the 2 mothers should just be mannequins who show up once and while , say hi and then fuck off! Yes they are family but they can't be part of "THE FAMILY" so they need to all run along and find their own guy and family.

It is a matter of choice to not include incest in this vn. Patreon isn't the only reason. This isn't changing. The dev has more than enough work for himself.
Making extra renders and reworking the whole script to fit them in has no real value. And no one is going to do it five years from now for no financial gain.
The kissing started out being a cute and loving way to show affection and closeness with family. It grew another life as a troll on all the people that can not except no to the incest question.
As for the non fuckable characters: There is no reason to "send them away". They are important part to alot of people's playthrough because and this is my last point...
This isn't a "porn game". It is an adult novel. Yes it has Porn-ish scenes and it does seem to arouse sexual thought but, unless someone is skipping through the dialogue, this vn has a rich and emotional story. Most "porn games" I've played don't have that...
