You could not cheat on the first play through. And after you are at the point where Jamie confirms the polygamy, you could do a 2nd play through and check skip seen text, so you can go tru it quick but it will stop when you are at a point that you didn't see already aka the cheating.

I knew what the premise was before I ever played the game so I just cheated, because I knew Jaime would tell MC to build a harem and I didn't want to miss out on any girls/scenes. What happens with girls like Alexis and Anna if you don't cheat?

Anna am not sure (don't really remember her, played the cheating route a long time ago), for Alexis, she will join WVM anyways, she hinted at it in a text, so you will prob get her on the non cheat part.. Other clients will come later too, I think Braindrop said it in a very early Minddrop.
