Aww Mackenzie dear lets go back a year when you were "hired", you precisely said that you wont be giving out hard deadlines as it causes anxiety to BD and now you are regurgitating the same old thing. You brought literally nothing to the table

and from what you said BD is anxious about release dates but he will proclaim that he will do a 52 releases in 52 weeks claim. and you spin it as it would be somehow positive?? if you cant provide a single update in 4 months without threatning self harm you really think 1 update a week will make the situation better???

For me the anxiety worked exactly the same, I knew I had something to do and the closer I got to the time the more it would build up and I would feel sick, start having coldsweats and start to get dizzy...
And It was the same every single time

Okay I think there is one thing just about everyone can agree on. No one believes BD doesn't earn anything for patreon and it is all put back into the game. If you expect us to believe that maybe you need some help too.

As for the reality of the situation BD is trying to survive and make it through a very bad time for himself? Dude has been having the worst of time for like 3 years now. So are you saying that while others are going through bad times and are having to work an struggle to get through them. We should just allow BD to coast through his without working without being held accountable? Next how long are we suppose to let him coast. How long does he need Mac? One year? Two years? Five years? Ten Years, Twenty Year? How long is enough? When is BD going to be held accountable?

Your third point, A human makes this game. You are damn right! A human does make this game. A human that sound like he has all kind of issues that is preventing him from delivering updates on the dates and times he promised them. Than hides behind excuses like. I am not well mentally or Something bad happened to my family. Instead of pausing the game and getting the professional help. It sounds like he needs.

The only thing BD know is he is starting to annoy people and now he is getting pressured to get out updates. So he needs to figure out his need being sob story and excuse that will work and appease people. So he can keep getting money for doing and showing NOTHING!!!!!

The best part of WVM has became the forums and his excuses. I am still waiting for BD to post using the excuse. Some one broke into his house and stole his computer, but good news everyone he had it all backed up. So it going to be delayed by one week to give him time to restore the backup on another computer. Only to have him post at the end of the week that someone again broke in and his family is now being held hostage to keep him from posting an update. I mean it sounds like something he would post at this point

If his progress drops below 50 renders an hour, his house will explode. So he's making so much content, the best content, everyone knows his content is the best, but he just can't upload it because it would slow him down too much.

OEJ what am absolute HERO you are for posting those screenshots man, holy crap. I'm not even gonna try and evaluate them because writing out a wall of text in this forum is pointless, in another 5 minutes there will be another thing from BD/Mac to break-down.

What I am wondering though... it all seems to make perfect sense in Braindrop/Mackenzie's heads. It makes PERFECT sense that 100% of BD's problems are caused by him delaying the update, and now the update is ready-ish but BD won't post it, Mackenzie has it in her hands and still won't post it either - and this MAKES SENSE TO THEM. Literally releasing the update would solve 99% of BD's problems, well maybe not anymore but releasing it on time would have...

So bizare. Like... so so bizare. I still don't get the logic for not releasing the ready-to-go update that everyone has been paying and waiting for, but maybe thats because I'm not mental.

And suddenly mentioning suicide? Wow. I had a girlfriend like that once, would drop the "I'm not going to kill myself, but..." bomb every time we argued and it was all about getting sympathy.

but but..., they need to tweak it bro. coz his credibility on releases is better than southpark so he should do quality control

there was a time when updates were 130 to 200 renders per 2 weeks. tweaks should come into picture when you are the beacon of credibility.

also., maybe hire a coder, artist and writer and pay them. the amount of money he gets can be easily used to build a team where he does nothing and still maintain credibility/fame. Oh but he cant trust his precious "project" in others hands

Wonder would he suddenly get his act together and release it if his patreons actually stood up to him and stop their pledges instead of being white knights and enabling him to continue to basically scam people out of their money every month. I am not a patreon of his and wouldnt become 1 as you could tell from early on that he was planning to go this route.. Also who released more updates in the last year or so, Braindrop or Gumdrop? In Braindrops case, he needs to drop it with the sob stories and excuses and live up to his word and just release what ever it is he has and then he should keep quiet and just focus on doing a release every 2 weeks and see can he live up to that for a couple of months. At the moment I doubt he could do that.

2 cents: Slap the abandon tag on this thread and lock the thread up tighter than a hooker in chastity. That way, if BD does so happen to show his ugly mug, he will happen to have a surprising shock. Then again, might be worth it.
