I honestly don't understand this at all. Beta testing is nowhere near as hard as he makes it.
As a Dev, I have a restricted "tester" channel on my discord(linked with Patreon) that only my play testers have access to. I post the beta links there and as they play through they live post issues they find and I do corrections by either scrolling through the feed and hitting each comment as it comes or If I am online at the same time as them, I do corrections in real time as they post them. after about 3 days of this "Tester party" (because all the testers end up commenting back and forth on each other's posts "good catch!" or "how did i miss that?" or whatever) we sort out about 95% of issues, and I'm fine releasing it with a few tiny (5%) errors in it. It's not really as hard as he makes it and we all have a good time and laugh about my mess up's as we go along.
It's honestly quite fun. I have no idea why he chooses to do it all by himself!

I suspect that the reason he choses to do all the job by himself is, not only to keep all the money, but also because if someone else was involved in the works he wouldnt be able to keep bullshiting everyone, and would be forced to publish updates more often, meaning less milking...

Yea its the one thing I will never understand, I mean there is no legit reason to not have some play testers as he has a bunch of loyal fans in his discord, a few that are devs on other well known VNs so he could easily get a small team together to test builds out.
The fact he doesn't do so will always have people thinking he is hiding something

I don't understand why people are so upset with his play testing scam. Everyone should be used to his BS by now. And everyone should know by now that we will get some more excuses in the next few days as to why it's going to be delayed again. Come on people give NutDrop a few more days to come up with another Bullshit excuse. Because he works really hard to think them up.

I'm thinking they're upset because we don't have fresh excuses yet. THAT, obviously, is the real content of this threadI don't understand why people are so upset with his play testing scam. Everyone should be used to his BS by now. And everyone should know by now that we will get some more excuses in the next few days as to why it's going to be delayed again. Come on people give NutDrop a few more days to come up with another Bullshit excuse. Because he works really hard to think them up.
I really hope he comes up with a good one.... Like the room he does all his work in burned down, or someone hacked his PC and drew mustaches on all the renders so he has to go back through and touch them all up. Something wild and out of the box.

That's why in the past there was an alterego identity and we couldn't ask questions directly to BD. There are still no answers to these questions. Someone who earns this much money does not need to work. He can hire someone for everything but he keep all the money for himself and go on vacation
I promised I woulnd't be back until end of the month (which it's acutally pretty close to). And I feel I kept my promise pretty much intact. I just seen a fellow comment pretty much to the degree of "Just drop the game now".

btw i know bd well as, the update will comin on the 30th or 31th. he has already finished the update long ago but he knows how milkin. if he hadn't finished it, he wouldn't be making nonsense "daily progress" and wouldn't be posting so actively. Right now he's just thinkin like "I have time until the end of the month, soo im gonna stall"

"Hey Crew! Sooo I know I said the update would be done like forever ago. I really need to learn to not promise things to you guys anymore. I know yall are just going to say that I keep coming up with excuses. But I did have an issue. While I was re-doing some renders, McKenzie and I joined a volunteer group. As you guys donate to me, I also donate to the less fortunate. McKenzie and I were building a treehouse for some orphans. There were lots of boards that were not screwed down, and to make a long story short, McKenzie fell off the ladder. Well, I say fell off, but in reality we had it suspended by a rope, and I as holding the other end of the rope. As McKenzie put all of her weight on one side, the ladder began to spin. As it spun around, I couldn't hold on anymore and the ladder fell, throwing McKenzie into a fence down below. She smashed her back up. I ran her to the hospital, and thank God it's not broken. But she is really hurt. As our community manager I just don't think it's right to release what is finished until she is healthy enough to see it. As I am continuing to work on the renders, I am not pausing donations. As McKenzie is an employee as well and will need expensive medical treatment, I am donating all payment to McKenzies "Get Well" program. Please wish her a healthy recovery. In the meantime, checkout the discord to vote for another forgettable character that I will introduce in 4 updates from now.
