My personal favorite lie was the one about pledges staying paused if S2 Ch. 2 wasn't out by today.

Oh, and Happy One Year Anniversary of Chapter 13's original release date!

I lost count of how many times he said he would pause pledges, or pledges staying paused, he never does that.
As soon as money needs arise he unpauses the pledges.
He has family bills, pets hospital bills, grocery bills, sports gamblings debt bills, psychiatrist bills, bills on bills and a lot of other kind of bills to pay.
Tought life he has, and what about all the spleepless night he spends creating new excuses for not releasing the updates he doesnt work on?
It´s soooooo stressfull, you wouldnt believe it if he told you, of course that would be another lie, and its for the best that he saves every lie for the posts about update delays.

you have, ... that's because the *LAST* update was suppose to be "up to the Jasmine scene", and he posted as such

*this update* was suppose to be the "Jasmine scene" and the last update (beta 6) officially ends CH13
that is no longer the case, as this update is "also" up to the Jasmine scene

the update should be dropped BEFORE unpausing, but he put that little "adjust accordingly" scapegoat just in case he flops again
is what it is, i just got home, so, a lot to digest here

The best think to do is check once every 1 or 2 year to see if he released something

the dumb people that are paying him deserved to be milked to the root, and I encourage BD to increase his patreon fees and work even less that what he's doing now

the funny thing is Brainfart paused pledges for october AFTER taking the money shortly after the billing cycle for october the 1st.
the only thing that changed then was that new supporters could not subscribe in the paused time.

I paused for a little under half of my potential income this month and pausing doesn't allow for any new pledges. So it was far from nothing. Also wouldn't be unpausing if the update wasn't being released tomorrow.
