dunno why people keep saying finished and testing according to him that was all done back in October far as I remember and he had another BD reason as to why it wasnt released.Yeah, if it's not finished or tested by now, it won't be out tomorrow.
The last release (which was apparently tested) ended up having 20% missing, but we now know that those renders were never actually done.

Didn't he say the batteries in his mouse went dead and he couldn't get the plastic off the new batteries and then called tech support who were closed for the weekend. Maybe Monday.

then a few hours later a hint that he is almost there....
then another few hours of course it is the 6th already he has technical issues...
and finally he had compiling issues again after playtesting and finding bugs that he fixed,and after that all the compiled renders vanished and only the dialogues are left

what i'm more gearing up for is, should CH13 finally get released in full ... what the fuck is the excuse in February when there isn't any micro-release of Ch14 P1 of 10,000
idk, this is my final ride, good or bad, if things don't completely turn around, i'm dropping this game and never coming back ... not for the story, not for the renders, not for the trolling, not for anything

Hey everyone, I hope the start of the new year is going well for all of you.
I'm going to get straight into the bad news, the time that I'm typing this is the same time I thought I'd be packaging the final release but things are not completely fixed yet.
I wanted to set one final release date after the shitty year of 2024 just to show I could hit one and show that things will be different this year. Bad start for that, but I'm not going to let today define the year.
I'm not going to make any excuses, as I've mentioned there was some life stuff I had to handle that ate the majority of my time this week and I wasn't efficient enough with the time I had left.
I thought I had all of the issues figured out and just had to apply them, even up until late last night I thought everything was golden and I didn't have the urgency needed for the situation.
But issues still persist, though on a much smaller scale than before. I'm currently in talks with someone who knows what they're doing and has had a similar packaging issue and they've been helping me troubleshoot it all.
Things are very, very close. In the past delays were mostly caused by issues I had with the content that I ended up remaking, that isn't the case here. It's a miss but it won't be a major miss.
For Patrons, I am offering refunds for anyone charged in December of 2024 and/or before this post in January 2025.

Pledges will also be paused until the rest of E13 is released, this will not be a long pause.
In the past this is when I would have gone silent for a bit, maybe a post on the discord saying I'm still working and things will be out asap, constantly moving the timeframe back by hours as I figure things out.
I don't want to do that, I don't want to panic and stay awake for 72 hours straight and feel dead for two weeks after.
I have a horrible habit of making a mistake and then trying to make up for it by overpromising too much only to lead into many more mistakes that just spiral out of control, not doing that this year.
I stayed up last night trying to have things ready for today, I'm going to rest for a bit and then get right back to it. Things will be released as soon as they're ready. I don't see it taking any longer than by tomorrow or the next day but admittedly I didn't see it taking longer than today initially so I'm not promising another date. That's a mistake I'm only going to make once this year.
I'm sorry for that, I thought this time would be different but that was foolish with how much was going on with life and I should've never promised anything around technical difficulties as I'm not in control of them.
It's a bad start to the year for me and my goals but we're only 5 days in. Let's see how the next 5 days go.

lol this fckn guy doesnt even try to hide it anymore, if he really wanted to fix it he would actually hire some people to help but no he just wants that juicy paycheck every month while doing the least amount of work. Its insane cause he could make soo much more $$ if he hired a person or 2 and got steady updates out
