Wow we did not even get a new sob-story so far why the other small update he wanted to release shortly after is still missing.

He clearly doesn't want to work on this game anymore, and he's already used up the entire stock of all of his sob-stories, he just doesn't give a F, unfortunately

Why
To read his stupid apologies and pathetic explanations about how hard he works and why is there still no update? There the cultists pray to their god, you don't need it bro, you'll download an update here, or on the patreon, even though he doesn't deserve it, but being his patron only in order to read his discord is stupid

As far as I know, he isn't around there too, taking a few days away from the internet.
So no one there knows any more than over here or can answer those questions which come up on his discord too.
He has worked hard all year and deserves a month or two of vacation somewhere in Hawaii or Malibu. Adjust your pledges accordingly

I just think the bad respons on his last release has gone bad for him.
If we believe BD he was in a pretty bad spot with anxiety attacks about releasing his "huge 2000 render update"
Kept it on hold, then he would release it in chunks and all the sudden this Harper day of her life was released.
That didn't fall well with alot of his patreons. Later he made a poll on how to release the next update. Smaller chunks with a week between. Slightly bigger but we had to wait for it a little longer and guess what. He just does the opposite of how his patreons voted. Followed with a huge decline in patreons. (someone posted the graph a time back and it was an insane number)
The patience, even from his most loyal fans, is gone. Time after time there was something else and even ICSTOR could have taken a lesson in making up exuses.
Don't get me wrong, mental health issues is a bitch and at first i truly respected his situation and explenations. But each time it was something else which made me reconsider his true situation. Now i think he truly has lost it and desperately trying to please or it's just a big load of crap.
He can't even keep his promise to update 2 small chunks of 300/400 renders and even ghosting his fanbase.
I just hope he gets both his feet back on the ground and leave all this behind. Even if it was all a big load of crap

Y'all irk my soul, all most of you do is joke and complain as if you could do what Braindrop is doing, and you mask it as if you're just being critical of his hesitance when in actuality, you're being ignorant by making light of a serious situation because you can be on the other side of your screens. People have literally killed themselves over things like this but none of that matters to most of you all because all you want is to sit and play your game most of you are getting for free. Half of you can barely formulate a sentence let alone a complete story for a VN but let's judge the people who are actually out here putting in the work to do so for your entertainment because they may or may not have some personal issues that don't sit right with you....If you want to show a creator that they are doing wrong you don't have to belittle them and be dickish about it! Stopping your support is enough if something doesn't sit right with you but if you're just going to continue to wait for the product like we all know you are why not do it while having a shred of decency?
None of us here sharing we have been doing for the past few months and giving excuses behind a screen and keyboard that we couldn't milk some gullible sods who'll believe everything anyone has to say on a note.
Very funny for you to assume we all have been dining and living a good life with no struggles while poor drop has been braving the struggles of life.

I never said I knew what anyone does in their personal life, all I've commented on is how you all act in here which is like spoiled entitled brats. You don't have to support any creators on this site or Patreon at all but choosing to support them doesn't give you the right to verbally attack them.

Didn't he said just before posting the last release that he didn't want to read and reply on any media beause it was making him sad and that he had 'hired' someone to speak on his behalf and relay stuff to him on Patreon and Discord? If i'm applying his past logic, i assume when he said 'hired' he meant 'will hire eventually' but still left.
