That fight is scripted, correct. It's there to purely drive the story.
Later fights will be more fair.
I will be adjusting parameters as needed. Also, if you have any ideas on how to make the fights more engaging, let me know.
Unfortunately, this does tend to happen when it's a turn based fight with many allies and enemies.
Aside for having the ability to control allies as well, and have things to do during the fight, this is not a problem that will go away I'm afraid.
Long story short, let's say we have 5 allies and 4 enemies, no matter how you try to wiggle around it, that'll be 9 actions per turns until things start dying, with only 1 or 2 clicks for the MC, the rest of the turn will be just watching with no interactions from the player. The only things you can do, are to either lower the amount of actions per turns, or make allies or enemies die/get captured a lot faster.
You can try to cheat by adding extra strong critical hits from whichever side is supposed to win the fight, or add double/triple attacks (usually using a small RNG, which allows you to easily add more or less of those as needed to keep some sort of balance in check.) The other issue you are having, is that each hit/check, seems to take a rather long time. I looked at a battle attentively, and it does seem like each hit is taking a lot longer than it should, which is not helping the feeling of slowness.
The other alternatives you have, are that each fight's result gets decided at the start of the battle, but then the player's actions would be meaningless. Then again, seeing the battles and what seem to be your goal to have the MC die, log out and come back as a monster, I am wondering if the player needs to have any input in the battles. This could be an option to consider as well, but I'm not sure how well this would be received by other players. You may want to have a poll on the various options to see what people would prefer maybe?
The last option I can think of, and which is in my opinion the ugliest, is the ability to skip fights altogether. But, and with absolutely no offense meant, until the game has a lot more content, this will drastically reduce the playtime of people, since at the moment, most of the time spent in there, is with the fights. So that's to be kept in mind as well.
As it stands, I'm not entirely sure what you are planning long term for the story or fight (ie: are we meant to loose most of the fights or not?), and as such, it is difficult to know if the fight and interactions within the fights are needed at all. As it stands with what is currently available, I'd much prefer having a couple of animations instead of the fights, with the outcome/animations being pre-determined. It would at least be a lot shorter. You could, if you chose this way, give a much better and more detailed view of the girls being stripped off as well.
