I think there is a problem with Bad End 3 in this build. I've been able to trigger it fine in a past build, but now no matter what happens, Skylar's dare with Emma's dad never fires and she nonetheless thinks it was completed.

What browser are you using to play the game? Maybe try chrome or firefox, both of them should work.
Emma's dad is Skylar's dare that she doesn't want you to refuse. The ending you describe happens after you get that dare and refuse it

as FeMC, keep talking to skyler until she threaten you. Keep a save there and keep reload or go back until she eventually get your name. but then reject the dare
I keep having problem that when I dare a character to do something (pleasure with...) and they have no options my MC is suddenly female for a second

sex is very possible, but you
A) need someone to dare a girl to have sex with you if you are a guy
B) if you are a girl, someone to dare you to have sex with one of guys
For endings, it's not about sex, 2 of them are to overdrink (as a guy and as girl) and the third one is... well, harder to get
In addition to the dares, as a girl be horny enough and have one of the be horny enough and you'll encounter one of them at a break when you go to relieve yourself.
So when one of the girls get horny and relive themselves as a guy I can't do anything with them.
They'll help you out but not have sex, it's limited to a handjob or blowjob (IIRC).
if they are horny you have an option to get a bj, but (as my memory serves) not full-on sex encounter, you can with dares though

Basically, have a sort of double dare for a guy and a girl where the girl has to sit in the guy's lap for a couple rounds and whoever makes the other one orgasm more times wins and the loser has to take a shot. The two aren't eligible for any dares while this goes on, and descriptions of what happens between them is added to the normal gameplay as the rest of the group plays on normally. The idea behind the dare is for the two people to use their hands, mouths and they can obviously also grind on one another, but if both are naked it can escalate to sex with both being able to initiate it (and also being able to shoot the escalation down) based on conditions (whatever you think makes sense). I guess the dare can also be done between two girls.
As you can see from this and my previous suggestion, I'm a fan of not initially planned sex that then happens due to horniness getting the better of the people involved.
I don't think it needs saying, but this is obviously only a suggestion, feel free to ignore any or all parts of it.
