Hey I'm getting the same problem. 0.16b and Hotfix, New game, first pill/demo no images. Reinstalled both and first pill all good, then 2nd pill no images again. BOTH TIMES with female CEO.

The game loop is well done for an eroge. I also feel a notable effort was done to create a story around the events presented in the game that transcends the usual "just because" scenarios (like blackmail or cheap "corruption"). It's one of the few games with RL porn pictures I actually can get into thanks to its customization options, so that helps.
Congrats to the game author.
If I had one request, it would be to further work on the various hook-ups who almost all belong to 150% cringe territory with their "pickup" lines. If possible, I also would like to specifically ask for an option to disable "teens" who are barely past acne as potential sex mates for a definitely adult main protagonist. Kills my boner faster than fingernails on a chalkboard.
Best luck with the continuation of the game, I'm looking forward to more "products" (and enhanced "events") in the future.

I find it much simpler to just copy + paste the client and pill info into a notepad. Then when I move to the next sale just clear the information and start over.
There isn't any way to get the product demo scenes outside of doing work, but there aren't really that many so it shouldn't take that long. Afterwards all work gives is money which you can cheat if you want to.

So you are saying you contributed money toward rent but it is not reflecting in the page? I've just tested that it's working for me. Note that this resets on Sundays, so that may be what you're referring to.

I literally had to change my whole life to become myself, seing how some fantasise about this with one pill or something, how they think about identity, finding your identity and changing your life is making me feel strange. Maybe I just feel like the whole transitioning is being trivialised

I'm always interested in hearing critiques but this game is a science fiction porn game, so you will have to be more specific about what you think is stupid. Although many of XCL's ~50-100k a month playerbase are trans, this game is not intended to be realistic, or portray the trans experience in any sense. My criteria for what makes a good porn game is what is the lewdest possible thing, so I only really care about critiques that can improve that fun factor.

Is possible to buy any male pill or something like that? You do need to be a man to get some of the specific pill scenes
Not yet, I do plan on adding this at some point though. Most scenes are accessible from either end although they will play out differently.
i dont know if this got asked already, but will there be forced pink pill scenes? or like 'drugged' ones where someone drops it in the players drink or something?
Yup. There’s a similar set of scenes to that now if you neglect your chores too long, but I plan on making drink spiking etc a thing for sure more broadly. Although people will be able to disable it.

Oh man so the seeded RNG was an unintended thing. It was annoying, glad I came to the new pages looking for the roadmap and saw these hotfixes. Thanks a bunch, love the game.

There is a lot of potential in this game; the content so far is great.
The cartoonesque filter applied to images and videos was an intelligent move by the dev, as it gives a fanciful and dreamlike interpretation of the games' world. This polishes most of the scenes and removes some of the more odious aspects of real porn. The only downside I can see from this is that it will severely inflate the file-size of the game— which only really becomes a problem when downloading off of hosting sites that impose daily download limits.
Minigames and tasks in the game are usually quite fun, are nicely balanced, and are really rewarding when actual effort is put in.
The sheer variety in porn and events encourages experimentation and discovery; the sheer variety also keeps the game fresh. I originally believed the game to be devoid of content until I visited the 'Tip Jar' and started experimenting with new characters and sexes. I would recommend giving the player a reason early in the game to switch sex, such as advice from Alexia on the first game-day to use some 'feminine charm' to get a better deal when applying for work, and then telling the player where they can obtain some X-Change pills.
X-Change Life has a lot of promise, and it's very obvious that the developer is quite talented and/or has a defined structure for the future of the game. Very excited to see what happens next.

Well, I reckon that in terms of trans people, the variety of experiences is so wide that there's always a chance that a game like this one will misrepresent them. And that's okay.
While for some this may seem like a stupid experience that trivialises the struggles of transitioning, for others it may actually be a safe space for them to begin to explore their identity, and how they feel about it, without actually committing IRL to the consequences it would entail.
At its core, XCL *is* a lewd game, and many of the situations it portrays are indeed silly, but fun.
However, for some it is also a space for connecting with their repressed side without exposing themselves to the scrutiny of society.
"Fantasy" is that kind of thing to people. An escape, and a place for them to be themselves without risk.
Good point regarding the age settings. For now I've implemented cycling links that let you set the min/max age of random male NPCs. Min ages supported are 18-29 and max ages are 35-55. Ideally I would have liked to make it a slider, but for now this will at least fulfil the function.
