Started over from scratch. Clean offline version. No modifications.
Triggered this event again. There is a very strong suspicion that the error is related to some event caused by a large number of pills added at work. There comes a certain critical moment, after which, when entering work, the station crashes.

None at the moment it is planned for 0.23 if I'm not wrong so it's still far ahead may be even 5 + patches until we will get there.
